In the year 2001, One of our founding partners and interior designer Jatin Magon sowed a seed in business industry and started running a furniture studio in one of the leading markets in India Kirti Nagar, New Delhi. With years of experience, expertise and international exposure he has emerged as one of the India's leading interior designer. As Jatin is always excited about his projects, he is the creative genius behind some of the most spectacular homes in the nation.
Another founding partner, Karan Magon holds an Architectural Design and Technology degree from Cardiff Metropoliton University, UK and has years of experience in bringing complex and stirring design to life. He is the design head at Kaja and having lived and worked in the UK, he reflects a sense of professionalism towards his profession. Karan believes that it is an art that forms design and design forms the structure. He is very keen to deliver structures that speak for themselves.

As the technology is progressing, an advancement in energy efficiency is not the only thing to be considered for a new construction.
